- Content Submission and Approvals

When you submit content (including text, images, or other media) to Global Wave, you affirm that you have all necessary rights to do so and that the content is truthful, lawful, and non-infringing.
3.2 Final Approval
Once the article or press release is approved by you via email communication, it is considered final and cannot be edited or changed. Global Wave is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies after this final approval is given.
3.3 Ownership After Publication
After publication, news websites or publications own the rights to the published content. You acknowledge that these third-party publications reserve the right to remove or alter the article based on their editorial policies, without prior notice to you or Global Wave.
- Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Charges
- 100% Payment in Advance: You must pay the full amount for the selected service or package before Global Wave will proceed with any service.
- All charges are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Payment Methods
Global Wave accepts payment methods as detailed on our website or in our invoices. You are responsible for any additional fees, such as currency conversion or transaction charges.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility
- If Global Wave is unable to publish your article or press release in the promised publications, you are eligible for a refund.
- No Refund After Publication: Once the article is published on any promised publication, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
5.2 Cancellations
If you wish to cancel before publication, please contact us immediately. Refunds for cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with the above policy.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Guarantee of Results
Global Wave does not guarantee or promise any specific outcomes from press release distribution or media coverage, including but not limited to:
These results depend on factors outside of our control, such as newsworthiness, industry trends, and user engagement.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Global Wave and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Errors or omissions in published content after your final approval.
- Decisions made or actions taken based on published content.
- Third-party actions, including but not limited to content removal or editorial modifications by news websites.
6.3 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global Wave and WODO DIGITAL PVT LTD from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your submitted content and the representations made therein.
- Any legal claims arising from publication or use of your content.

7.1 Global Wave IP
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos used by Global Wave are the property of WODO DIGITAL PVT LTD. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Global Wave branding without our express written permission.
7.2 Client Content
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit, but you grant Global Wave the worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing the services. Once published, the respective news publication owns the published content as per their policies.
- Termination
Global Wave reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately under the following conditions:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Submission of illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Non-payment or chargebacks on previously completed services.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Revisions and Updates
Global Wave may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any major changes will be communicated via email to registered users or clients. Your continued use of the services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
