  1. Payment Terms

2.1 100% Advance Payment 

All services must be paid for in full before work commences. By completing payment, you confirm your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and this Policy. 

2.2 Pricing and Currency 

Prices listed on our website or communicated through official channels are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any additional fees, such as transaction charges or currency conversion rates, if paying from outside India. 

 

  1. Cancellations

3.1 Cancellation by You 

  • Before Publication: If you wish to cancel your service before the press release, article, or content is published, please contact us immediately at [Email Address/Phone Number]. 
  • Eligibility: You may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the status of your project (see Section 4.1). 
  • After Publication: Once an article, press release, or content has been published on any promised platform, cancellation is no longer possible. 

3.2 Cancellation by Global Wave 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our sole discretion if you breach our Terms and Conditions or if the submitted content is found to be fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws. 

  • In such cases, refunds will be handled per the terms specified in Section 4.2.

4.1 Eligibility 

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances: 

  • Non-Publication: If Global Wave fails to secure publication on any of the promised news outlets due to reasons within our control, we will provide a full refund. 
  • Cancellation Before Publication: If you cancel the service before any press release or article is published and before significant work (e.g., content creation, outreach) has been completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on: 
  • Costs already incurred for research, writing, design, or distribution. 
  • A reasonable administrative fee. 

4.2 No Refund After Publication 

Once the press release, article, or content has been published on any promised publication or website, no refund will be issued—even if you are dissatisfied with the final outcome or if a publication later removes the content for reasons outside our control. 

4.3 Refunds for Delays 

  • Delays: While we strive to meet agreed timelines, delays caused by publisher processes, editorial changes, or other external factors are not within our control. 
  • Refunds will not be provided for minor delays or delays within 15 days of the agreed timeline. 
  • Extended Delays: If the delay exceeds 15 days beyond the agreed timeline: 
  • You may request either: 
  • A refund of the amount paid for the affected service(s). 
  • An alternative publication plan or rescheduling of the release. 
  • Notification: In the event of a delay, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue efficiently. 

4.4 Refund Process

  • Evaluation: Our team will assess your request against this Policy. 
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Global Wave is not responsible for third-party editorial decisions, policy changes, or content removals. Once content is published, it falls under the jurisdiction of the respective publication’s editorial policies. 

5.2 Disclaimers 

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as investor inquiries, website traffic, or SEO improvements. 
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellations, delays, or refunded services.

6.2 Dispute Resolution
